On August 26, 2013, the Farmington City Council adopted Ordinance 2-22 that
regulates door-to-door sales. The ordinance provides residents the option to add their
address to a “No Solicitation List” if they do not wish to have door-to-door sales on their
property. Solicitors will be provided a copy of the “No Solicitation List” when they apply
for a Solicitor/Peddler License. If you would like your address added to this list, please
complete this form and return it to the Office of the City Clerk, 110 West Columbia,
Farmington, MO. The “No Solicitation List” excludes Commercial Solicitors only and
does not prohibit those who solicit for religious, political, or other non-commercial
purposes. If you are on the “No Solicitation List” and a Commercial Solicitor comes to
your residence, please contact the Farmington Police Department at 573.756.6686.
