OncereturnedfromtheBudgetOffice,HumanResourcespreparesthefacultycontractbasedon
theinformationcontainedintheRecommendationforNewFacultyAppointment.Atthesame
time,ifthereareanyspecialconditionsrelatedtohiring(forexample,negotiated
reimbursementformovingcosts),theHRofficewillcreatealettertoaccompanythecontract
senttotheselectedfacultymember.Inorderforthiscontracttobesentoutonatimelybasis,
accuracyandcompletenessareimportant.(Completeandaccurateinformationonthisformis
alsoimportantfortheProvost’sOfficeasweusethelistedinfotocreateapersonnelsummary
