CLASS INFORMATION:
All classes will be conrmed based on a minimum of 25 parcipants.
GOVERNMENT/NON-PROFIT COURSE PRICE:
Government employees shall include all employees of the Commonwealth, the
Commonwealth’s polical subdivisions, other state governments and the federal
government, as well as employees of any other municipality, county or local district. Non-
prot employees include any employee of a 501(c)(3) corporaon. Proof of government or
non-prot status must be provided with this registraon form in order to receive the
government rate.
SUBSTITUTIONS/CANCELLATIONS:
Space is limited. Each class is lled on a rst-come, rst-served basis. Transfer of a
registraon within your organizaon is possible with prior noce, one me only. Please refer
to our updated aendance policy on www.mass.gov/ig. The Oce of the Inspector General
reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class and is not responsible for any costs
incurred by registrants. Terms and condions may change without noce.
