This permit is valid for open burning as allowed and specified in Minnesota Rules 7005.0705 to 7005.0805, Minnesota Uniform
Fire Code and local ordinances. The permittee is granted permission to burn the above described material at the specified
location during the dates and times as listed above.

the landowner or have permission of the landowner to burn at the above burn site location.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU BURN:
1) Prior to burning you must call 651-439-9381.
2) No treated, painted, varnished, or coated lumber may be burned.
3) Fires are not permitted when area winds exceed fifteen (15) miles per hour
or when the Fire Chief has issued a no fire order.
4) Fires must be extinguished to the point of cold before being left unattended.

Subd. 2. FAILURE TO CONTROL A PERMIT FIRE. Any person who has a
burning permit and fails to keep the permitted fire contained within the area
described on the burning permit or who fails to keep the fire restricted to the
materials specifically listed on the burning permit is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Subd. 3. CARELESS OR NEGLIGENT FIRES. Any person who carelessly or
negligently starts a fire that endangers or causes damage to the property of another
person or the state is guilty of a misdemeanor.
