2021 PARK VENDING PERMIT APPLICATION
Vending permits are only available for use in conjunction with a non-profit organization’s approved rental or Township
sponsored event, with the written approval of the Parks & Recreation Board, Manager of Parks & Recreation, or his/her designee.
Generally, the sale of goods or services is prohibited in all Lower Paxton Township Parks and Recreation areas except through
non-profit sport organizations utilizing Township owned concession stands.

Fee: $50 per day
Liability Insurance: A signed certificate of general liability insurance naming Lower Paxton Township as additionally insured and
carrying a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required with application.
Return application payment and proof of insurance to Lower Paxton Township Parks and Recreation, along with this completed
form to apply for a permit. All requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the event date.
