statement of calling to Christian vocational ministry or mission and to be active members of a local
congregation. In addition, the school wants to know if the applicant’s church confirms the applicant’s
call and supports the applicant’s pursuit of ministerial training. This church endorsement is provided by
written testimony of the pastor or church official.
