Clear Creek Ranch Hunting
Hunt Contract
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hook a hunt and hold dates with Clear Creek Ranch.
The balance is due 60 days prior to your hunt date with cashier’s check or money order.
No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted upon arrival. No Exceptions!
Clear Creek Ranch has the right to use any or your entire hunt photographs for advertising and
promotion purposes. All hunts are free ranging fair chase.
Airport pick-ups and drop offs can be arranged for an additional charge.
Clear Creek Ranch is fully license and insured.
CANCELLATIONS
All deposits and balances paid are completely non-refundable in whole or in part for any reason including
but not limited to: illness, injury, flight delays, unforeseen loss of income, early departure, late arrival,
business emergencies, family emergencies, etc. Please note that any animal that is injured
in any way is considered fatal and will be charged at full price. Also, that if you shoot at and wound an
animal, efforts will be made to recover the animal. but the hunt is considered to be over.
INCLUDED IN HUNT COST
Clear Creek Ranch Hunting includes professional semi-guide service.
Normal hunting is 2x1 (2 clients, one guide), however 1 x 1 hunts are available for at an additional price
per day for the entire hunt. Lodging, 3 meals a day, and transportation are included during the hunt.
NOT INCLUDED IN HUNT
New Mexico State license fees, State Gross Tax, taxidermy, meat processing, shipping of trophy or meat,
and airport pick up or drop off. Contact the nearest airport to your hunt area.
Clear Creek Ranch Hunting is not responsible for any changes in license fees, hunt dates, or any other
changes made by the New Mexico Game and Fish Department.
Having read this hunt contract entirely and understanding its entirety, I agree to this hunt contract and terms.

For and in consideration of being permitted to hunt, fish, and/or visit with Clear Creek Ranch,
John Baiamonte, or Tom Vogel on any of the properties they manage, lease, and/or own from the
period of September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2018.
Participant hereby executes this Consent and Release to the party above, his agents, servants,
employees and any other persons connected with them in said activities of Clear Creek Ranch,
John Baiamonte, or Tom Vogel, which voluntarily releases, discharges, waives, and relinquishes
any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death
occurring to Participant arising as a result of engaging in said activity or an activities incidental
thereto wherever or however the same may occur and for whatever period said activities may
continue, and Participant for himself/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns
hereby releases, waives, discharges and relinquishes any action or cause of action, aforesaid,
which may hereafter arise for himself/herself and for his/her estate. And agrees that under no
circumstances will he/she or his/her heirs. Executors, administrators and assigns, prosecute any
of the parties above, or any of their agents, servants, employees, and any other person connected
with said activity of Clear Creek Ranch, John Baiamonte, or Tom Vogel, whether the same shall
arise by the negligence of any said persons or otherwise.
Participants also agrees for himself/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns,
that in the event any claims for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death shall be
prosecuted against Clear Creek Ranch, John Baiamonte, or Tom Vogel, or any of his agents,
servants, employees and any persons connected Clear Creek Ranch, John Baiamonte, or Tom
Vogel for any act or acts of Participant, he/she shall indemnify and save them harmless from any
and all said claims or causes of action by whomever or wherever made or presented.
Participant acknowledges having read the forgoing paragraphs, that he/she has been fully and
completely advised of the potential dangers incidental to the hunting activities, and is fully aware
of the legal consequences attendant to signing/executing the Consent and Release.
