Special Order of Exemption (SPOE)
Guidelines / Checklist
A Petition for a Special Order of Exemption (SPOE) must be specific to provisions outlined
in A.R.S. 32-2181.01. Petitioner desires to sell property, and compliance with the provisions
of subdivision requirements is not essential to the public interest or for the protection of
proposed purchasers.
Petitioners desiring to apply for an SPOE should provide the following list of items to ADRE.
Please note: This is not an all-inclusive list, but a guide reflecting the type(s) of documents
standardly submitted with Special Order of Exemptions (SPOE).
