Grade Replacement Request
Students may repeat a maximum of 15 lower-division credits(100-200 level) to replace original University of Nevada, Reno grades.
The course(s) must be repeated and completed at the University of Nevada, Reno within the next two regular semesters in which
the student is enrolled. If the course is not offered within the next two regular semesters, the student must take the course the
next time it is offered. The most recent grade earned in the course will be used in the grade-point calculation.
Important!
1. Repeating a course may impact your financial aid. Please contact Student Financial Services at (775) 784-4666 prior to
repeating a course to assess the possible consequences.
2. Academic standing (probation, dismissal) is updated at the end of each fall and spring semester. To affect academic
standing for the current semester, this form must be turned in to Admissions and Records by the last day of classes for
the current semester.
