1. This permit is issued for the purpose described in the application.
2. The Applicant acknowledges that non-permanent signs shall not be placed within a travel lane, including turn lanes
and driveways or otherwise obstruct clear vision or traffic flow.
3. The Applicant acknowledges that non-permanent signs shall not be placed within center medians and that the si

hall not exceed 3’ in height and 6 square feet in area.
4. Contact information shall be included on the sign.
5. Non-permanent signs placed within the right-of-way shall not be post driven.
FAILURE OF APPLICANT TO COMPLY WITH CONDITIONS SET FORTH WILL RESULT IN A NOTICE TO
COMPLY AND POTENTIAL CONFISCATION OF THE NON-PERMANENT SIGN
