As of October 1st, 2020 and through December 31, 2021, TribalHub has made one special cancellation concessions to the standard refund policy as a response due to the impact of Covid-19.
The special cancellation concession provides that if TribalHub is forced to cancel any event as a direct result of the impact of Covid-19, the registered sponsor, exhibitor, attendee or
participant can request and elect to receive a “Payment Credit” for the amount prepaid for the event.

Booth space will not be assigned and package benefits will not begin until payment IN FULL is made.

TribalHub EVENT Refund Policy with 2020-2021 Cancellation Concessions
(This cancellation concessions is ONLY applicable to in person (on-site) events for 2020-2021)
TribalHub’s event refund policy as per our standard event registration terms & conditions states that once payments are made,
registration fees, exhibitor fees, sponsorships and passes are non-refundable. This standard policy is in place as a result of
the contractual commitments TribalHub must make in advance in order to plan and host any event. Additionally, costs and
resources for event marketing, planning and operations eorts are all incurred by TribalHub well in advance of the event date.
“Payment Credits” are available for requests meeting one of the two special cancellation concessions listed above, and must
be requested from TribalHub by the registered sponsor, exhibitor, attendee or participant within 30 days of the notification of
cancellation. “Payment Credits” can be applied towards future TribalHub events, sponsorships, membership and/or digital
and print advertising opportunities with TribalHub. “Payment Credits” expire if not applied within six months of the receipt of
any “Payment Credit”, and can only be applied to TribalHub events or products available in the twelve months following receipt
of the “Payment Credit”. In no event will TribalHub be required to make a refund of any amounts paid, directly to a registered
sponsor, exhibitor, attendee or participant.
TribalHub is committed to protecting the health and safety of all event participants and we will monitor the most up to date
guidelines provided by Federal, State and Local Governments as well as recommendations from the CDC. Our complete list of
scheduled future events is available from our website (www.TribalHub.com). Should an event’s status change or a cancellation
occur, TribalHub will notify all registered participants by email and indicate the event status change on the TribalHub event
web page.
