time of permit submittal. Further a Frame Certification letter form the responsible engineer must be provided
to the Building Official, prior the scheduling of Cover inspections. A Final Survey, Final Elevation Certificate
and third party Energy Certification letter must be submitted the Building Official prior to any final inspection.
