MOTION TO RETRIEVE ESSENTIAL

Landlord.
Former Tenant, appearing in proper person, files this Motion against Former Landlord pursuant to
NRS 118A.460 and NRS 40.253(9) and alleges as follows:
1. I am filing this Motion within 5 judicial days of my eviction or lockout. I was evicted or locked out on

2. The address of the dwelling unit I rented from Landlord is
