CHAPTER 104-23 SIGNS· (B)
Every person or eutity seeking lo place a sign On property shall apply to the Zoning Officer for a pennit and shall pay an application fee of fifty dollars ($50,)Any suc_h
pennit issued pursuant to this section shalt enlitle the applicant lo place up to
three (3) sigus oh the pr'?perty for a n.1mdm_um of two (2) oonseculivo days. Permission of the property owner, if different from the appl!canl to place tl1e s!g.11 at that
loc:atiou shall be included with the applioation,
(1) No signs sl1aU be erected, placed oii or at1acl1cd to a structure Or erected independently for any purpose unless specifically penn!iled l1erein,
(2)fnfrasfmcture traffic co11lrol devices or any sign approved by tho properly conslituled government body may ho erech:d wi1111ng the public street right-of-way. No sign
shall be placed upon any private property wf1hout U1e consent of the property owuer. No sign oai1 measure gceater U1an thirly-two(32) square feet.

No· sign of any lypo shall be pem1itted to obslruct driving vision, traffic control devices or othe·r adjacent property.
(4) No sig11 sl1all be alt ached to trees, fence posts, stumps, utility poles, w11ler towers, storage taitks, sritoke stacks, radio towers or similar s!mctures, but s11111\ be either
free standing or att_ached to a_buil<ling in an approved ma1u1er.
(5) No sign shall be creeled so as to project over the property line or emit a11y sound, odor or other11uisance beyond tho property lino.
NOTE: SIGNS ERECTED ON A RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL NOT HAVE ,'!NY BALLOONS ATTACHED
