Step 6: Property that Qualies for the Exemption

for each building for which you are claiming an exemption.
Personal Property: The tangible personal property identied in the pages attached as Schedule B: Description of Personal Property. Complete and

Step 7: Attach Evidence
Submit with this application the organization’s bylaws, charter and other organizational documents establishing it as a nonprot corporation under the Texas
Nonprot Corporation Law, as described by Business Organizations Code Section 1.008 and pursuant to Section 501(c)(6), Internal Revenue Code of 1986;
a Type A corporation governed by Local Government Code Chapter 504; or a Type B corporation governed by Local Government Code Chapter 505. The
chief appraiser may request additional documentation from the organization to support this application.
