By this document, The College of Wooster discloses to you that a consumer report (e.g., a credit report, driving
record, criminal background check, etc.) may be obtained as part of a pre-employment investigation, and/or at
anytime during your employment. The consumer report would be used for employment purposes only. If The
College of Wooster takes any adverse employment action which is based in whole or in part on information
contained in the consumer report, you will be notified in writing of the adverse action and provided with a
summary of your rights under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
