Capital One Trade Services Applications
This Application is being submitted on behalf of the customer referenced below (“Applicant”) with
respect to Applicant’s request to use the Capital One Trade Services product (the “Services”). The
use of the Services shall be governed by the Applicant’s Continuing Agreement for Irrevocable
Commercial Letters of Credit, this Application and the Capital One Trade Services Terms and
Conditions (“Trade Services Terms and Conditions”), a copy of which Trade Services Terms and
Conditions has been provided to Applicant prior to execution of this Application.
Access to the Services will be provided using access codes, passwords and user identifications.
Once established, safeguarding this information will be the sole responsibility of Applicant (as more
particularly described in the Trade Services Terms and conditions).
The minimum computer system requirements to access and use the services are indicated in the
Trade Services Terms and Conditions. Applicant is responsible for the installation, maintenance
and operation of its computer. The Bank shall not be responsible for any errors or failures resulting
from any malfunction of Applicant’s computer, nor for ay computer virus or related problem that may
be associated with the use of the Services. Applicant shall be responsible for all charges and fees
imposed by its internet service provider and related communication charges and fees.
I certify that I am an authorized officer/partner/member/representative of the Applicant as reflected
in the current account opening documentation on file with Capital One, N.A., and am executing this
Application intending to legal bind and obligate the Applicant to the Terms and conditions in this
Application and the Trade Services Terms and Conditions. I further certify that the information
provided in this Application is accurate and complete and that the execution of this Application is
otherwise within my authority as an officer/partner/member/representative of Applicant.
