Verification of Residency
Students Domiciled in Camden County
For the purpose of school registration and address changes during the school year, a minor
student must actually reside in Camden County with a parent or legal guardian with proper
documentation. In order to enroll a student, parents/guardians must provide current documentation
showing an address within the county of Camden. Documents must be in the name of the parent/legal
guardian. In the event of shared housing, the homeowner/lease holder must supply proof of residency,
in person, and have the shared housing form filled out and notarized. The following documentation
must be returned to the school prior to enrollment.
Falsification of any information or documentation required for residency verification may
result in the revocation of student enrollment and prosecution of the person providing the false
statement.
• NC Driver’s License (within seven (7) days) with current Camden address/or
comparable Photo ID with current Camden address/or current Active-Duty Military
Photo ID (must be in one of the 5 services- Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force,
Marines)
• Title, deed, mortgage verification or lease agreement/rental contract
• Two (2) current bills verifying Camden address
