Concurrent enrollment, by an undergraduate with senior status, to enroll in a graduate course may be allowed
only in the final year in which the undergraduate student is completing all undergraduate requirements for
graduation to receive a bachelor's degree. In such concurrent enrollment, the student must not enroll in excess
of a total of 15 SCH in a fall/spring semester and no more than 6 SCH in a summer term. The graduate course
(s) can be used to satisfy either the baccalaureate degree or the master's degree requirements. Once a
graduate course is used towards a baccalaureate degree, it cannot be used to satisfy graduate degree
requirements. In addition, the student is limited to a maximum of nine (9) SCH of 5XXX courses. The student
must have an overall minimum GPA of 2.60 or better. This concurrent enrollment form must be submitted to
the Graduate Office with approved signatures, transcript, and registration form on or before the 12th class
day of a semester or the 4th class day of a summer term.
