2 sets of plans and specifications must be submitted for commercial buildings, public buildings and new residence buildings. Remodeling or
enlargement of existing buildings may require plans depending on the size of the project. Plans for new, remodeled or enlarged commercial or
public buildings shall bear the name and seal of a registered architect or engineer in accordance with the Texas Engineering Practice Act. Projects
