the food and beverage cart, the location(s) and condition of the sidewalk, pavement, lawn, or
other surface before a permit is issued. If location is in the frontage of a restaurant/store/office,
written approval must be submitted along with the permit application. The photographs and
written approval, if applicable, will be incorporated as an attachment to the actual permit
agreement.
