GROUP COORDINATOR APPLICANTS
Applying for a group account requires one person from the group to act as the coordinator for the
account. The coordinator will be responsible for submitting documentation, maintaining the
account relationship with Gregory, and submitting rosters when requested. The group
coordinator will also be responsible for assisting us in preventing abuse of the account, and
ensuring all participants adhere to the program guidelines. Orders may be forced to ship to the
official group address provided on the application. Eligible programs will have a strong emphasis
on wilderness and outdoor leadership training, and must offer a substantial number of
backpacking-related courses and/or programs. Ski Patrol and Search-and-Rescue outfits must
also apply under this category – individuals applying on their own from these organizations will
not be accepted; no exceptions.
GROUP MEMBER APPLICANTS
Once a group application has been accepted and a roster submitted, group members may apply.
If you are a member of a group with a pending application, PLEASE WAIT TO APPLY until we
have communicated with the group coordinator that the initial application has been approved and
we have received a roster – the group coordinator will have instructions for group members to
follow in order to submit individual applications at that time.
GROUP COORDINATOR APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS – Please attach the

(schedules/course descriptions)
o Statement describing the program’s needs for Gregory Packs specifically
o Copy of Certifications/Affiliations (AORE/AMGA/ACA/WEA etc.)
o Copy of Site Management Plan for climbing areas used for courses (when
pertinent)
o Copy of Risk Management Plan (when pertinent)
o Provide roster of qualified individuals with names and email addresses
o *Individual personal orders will be allowed for full time instructors/staff requiring
our gear for their work
o *One person from the organization will coordinate the account for purchases for
the program and other qualified individuals
o Ski Patrol
o Only full time, paid, NSP Pro certified patrollers qualify at this time – please
provide certification
o Group account must be set up by the Patrol Director or acting Pro Coordinator
o Director must submit a Roster of qualified patrollers
o *Patrollers do not need to submit individual documents
o * Patrollers may ship to individual address

provide any relative supporting documents including detailed brochure and/or website. Military
and Government employed individuals may apply as a group under this category to be treated as
a group, as well.
