I, _____________________________, agree to the following rules and regulations pertaining to the
use of the City Park located on Riley Road adjacent to City Hall in Dahlonega, Georgia.
RENTAL FEE: $60.00 for non-city residents or non-city property owners
$45.00 for city residents or city property owners
Residency shall be determined by driver’s license, utility bill, tax records or other reasonable documentation.
Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or failure on the part of the renter to use the
facility on the date reserved. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made 30 days or more
prior to the rental date, minus a $25.00 service charge. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to
the event will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.
1. USE OF PARK MAY BE UP TO FOUR (4) HOURS.
2. TRASH MUST BE CLEANED UP AFTER EACH USE.
3. NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL, OR SMOKING ALLOWED.
4. NO GRILLS – GAS OR CHARCOAL.
5. NO MIDDLE OR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ALLOWED ON PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT.
6. NO INFLATABLE PLAY EQUIPMENT ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
7. NO VEHICLES WITHIN THE PARK.
8. PARKING IS LIMITED, PARK ONLY IN THE DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES. TICKETS
WILL BE ISSUED AND VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED FOR ILLEGAL PARKING.
Reservation of this park is limited to PAVILION and/or GAZEBO use only. The public is allowed access to the
playground and use of the facilities restrooms which are located at the pavilion.
