UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS TAKING GRADUATE COURSES AS PART OF
THE JOINT DEGREE PROGRAM
Undergraduate students who have been admitted into a joint degree program may use
this form to register for graduate courses. The maximum number of graduate courses are
determined based on the enrolled program. The course will be considered as
undergraduate course for the purpose of financial aid and billing. A grade of “B” or
better is required in order to receive graduate credit.
PROCEDURES:
1. Student must be admitted into a B.S./M.S. or B.S./Ph.D. program by the Office of Admissions.
2. Student must complete this form and obtain necessary approvals.
3. Student must present the completed form to the Office of the Registrar prior
last day of add/drop.
