This form should be signed and scanned and sent as the first page of the thesis proposal. The Honors College will accept
an electronically-signed copy of this form, if it is sent directly from the faculty member’s address to honors.wsu.edu
If your proposal is submitted by the 5th of any month, the Thesis
Review Committee will give you their decision by the last working
day of the same month. If it is submitted after the 5th, we cannot
guarantee it will be approved in the same month.
Please remember that you may not present your thesis during the
semester in which your proposal is approved.
