Normally only one edition of a register or a title plan is issued on a
single day. In rare cases more than one will be produced. If you
want historical copies of the last edition issued on a specific day
you must complete either or both of the first and second boxes. If
you want historical copies of all editions issued on a specific day
you must complete either or both of the third and fourth boxes.
You cannot apply for editions spanning a period. For example
you cannot apply for “every edition in May 2007”. Applications
without a single specific day/month/year date will be rejected.

application to the registrar or referred to in the register are open to public inspection and copying. If you believe a document
contains prejudicial information, you may apply for that part of the document to be made exempt using Form EX1, under rule
136 of the Land Registration Rules 2003.
