 Undergraduate candidates initiated between December 1 and December 31 of any

given year shall be issued a financial card for the following year.

 Reference the Special Jewelry Order Form for shipping & handling charges on

special jewelry orders.

 Chapter dues should be paid in advance. If an undergraduate initiate in November

and will not graduate in December of the same year, the chapter should collect dues

for the following year. This will ensure they are financially active in January.

Add a $15.00 S&H cost for each increment of two (2) or less if total candidate count exceeds 117.

Effective as of January 1, 2020

(The cost of meals and chapter dues are not included in the fees below.)
