FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION
This form can be used for either private education loans or federal financial aid. If you intend to use federal
aid for summer 2021, the 2020-2021 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be completed
(www.fafsa.gov) and will be used to determine your 2021 Summer financial aid eligibility. Please read this
form carefully.
Eligibility
Financial aid eligibility for summer classes:
• Be enrolled at least half-time (6 or more credits required for major) (federal aid only)
• Be enrolled in a degree-seeking program
• Be in good standing academically and with federal student aid programs (you must pass classes taken
in the interim).
If you decide to receive federal financial aid in the Summer 2021, it will impact your funds availability for
the 2020-2021 academic year (summer loans come from your Fall 2020 – Spring 2021 loan eligibility).
