The following terms are hereby incorporated into and made a part of the Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement between
("BROKER")

The purpose of a multiple listing service is the orderly correlation and dissemination of listing information to NEFMLS brokers (Participants)
so they can better serve the buying and selling public. Participants are required to submit all listings for sale or lease within 24 hours of the
beginning of the listing term. This Sellers Waiver of Entry into the NEFMLS Addendum is mandatory if the SELLER desires to exclude the
listing from NEFMLS because it is in the SELLER’s best interest. This Sellers Waiver of Entry Addendum must be signed no later than the
above Listing Date. However, any public marketing by the broker (Participant) or SELLER of a listing that is excluded by this
Addendum is not permitted. Under the National Association of REALTORS Clear Cooperation Policy, the Participant is required to submit
the listing to NEFMLS for cooperation with other NEFMLS Participants within one (1) business day of any marketing of a listed property
to the public.
Public marketing includes, but is not limited to, flyers displayed in windows, yard signs, digital marketing on public facing websites,
brokerage website displays (including IDX and VOW), digital communications marketing (email blasts), multi-brokerage listing
sharing networks, and applications available to the public.
When listed in NEFMLS, your Property
Is immediately available to thousands of member licensees in Northeast Florida and beyond
Can immediately be included in automatic NEFMLS alerts to members and potential buyers
Can be displayed on the thousands of websites of our member licensees
Can be displayed on the local realMLS.com, realMLShomesforsale.com and NEFAR.COM (the local Association of REALTORS®
website), the Florida REALTORS® statewide MLS Advantage Service accessible by more than 100,000 members, as well as its public
website, Fl.Living.net
Can be displayed on REALTOR.COM and syndicated to thousands of local, state, national and international websites through our
ListHUB syndication service
Becomes part of a database that is used to provide accurate and real time information to member licensees and the public.
NEFMLS reports BILLIONS of dollars of residential sales annually.
SELLER hereby acknowledges that:

has informed SELLER of the above benefits available to SELLER when listing the Property in NEFMLS. By instructing the Broker NOT
to enter, publish and display the Listing in NEFMLS, SELLER understands that:
a)
The Property will not be included with similar properties when NEFMLS members, customers and prospects perform
searches for available properties in NEFMLS or publicly accessible electronic displays; and
b)
The Property will not be included in search results and will not be automatically updated on local, state, national, and
international websites.
SELLER does not wish information about the Property to be published in the NEFMLS. By completing this acknowledgement,
SELLER hereby waives any and all benefits associated with including the Property in NEFMLS.

The intent of this acknowledgement is to validate that the listing broker is in compliance with NEFMLS Rules and Regulations if the owner chooses not to include or chooses to delay
entry of a property listing in NEFMLS. This is an addendum to the Listing Agreement between the Seller and the Listing Broker. All information and signatures are required. A
complete and signed copy of this form must be filed with NEFMLS within 24 hours of the beginn ing of the l is t in g t e rm.
