The application deadline is 4:00 p.m. Friday, July10, 2020. Applications received after the deadline will be
held for the following year, unless the applicant will be entering the 12th grade in the fall. Interviews will be
held Tuesday, July 21, 2020, beginning at 4:00 p.m. You will be notified via email of the interview time
and be requested to RSVP no later than 4:00 p.m. Friday, July 17, 2020. All applicants are required to be
interviewed to be considered for appointment as a Youth Commissioner.
I have read and understand the scheduled interview date and time is Tuesday, July 21, 2020, 4:00 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE: After you click below to submit your application, a current photo, SHOULDERS AND
ABOVE, and NO LARGER THAN 2X3 (similar to a student ID or drivers license) should be sent to
