AND
Visit the Admissions Office on west campus or the Enrollment Services Office on east campus
to see what name the college has on file for you. If it does not match the name on your Social
Security Card, you must update your name with Admissions or Enrollment Services to match
your Social Security Card.

determine the student’s eligibility for financial aid and that false or misleading information may be the cause for
