Conditions for Enrollment
1.In addition to meeting the minimum CSU admission requirements for non-CA residents, the following are required:
Freshmen: minimum 3.13 GPA (calculated from 10
th
, 11
th
, and 12
th
grade “a-g” college prep courses); AND a
minimum ACT composite score of 22 or a 1070 (EBRW + Math) on the SAT.
Transfer: 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher on transferable coursework.
2.The WUE program is only open to US citizens and non-citizens legally present in the United States.
3.Students pursuing a 2
nd
bachelor's degree, credential, Master's, Doctoral, or Extended University program are not eligible to
pa
rticipate in the WUE program
.
4.While participating in WUE, students are not eligible for California resident tuition. Students cannot apply time accrued while
participating in the WUE program to establish California residency.
5.Students may receive WUE tuition for a maximum of 8 semesters (4 years) or until completion of the bachelor's degr
ee
(w
hichever comes first
).
To
maintain WUE status:
1. Maintain continuous (fall and spring semesters) full time enrollment of 12 credits or more per semester
2. Maintain a minimum of 2.0 cumulative institutional GPA
