registration@ggu.edu.
2. If I am currently enrolled in a course(s) and the “last day to drop course without
tuition charge or “W” grade” for the term has passed per the academic calendar,
I understand that I am obligated to pay any remaining registration charges owed to
Golden Gate University and to make any payments as agreed to under any payment
plans entered into with Golden Gate University’s payment plan provider, Tuition
Management Systems.
3. If I am currently enrolled in a course(s) and the “last date to withdraw from

must complete the course and earn a letter grade or I will receive a failing grade for
the course, which may be either an “F” or a “WF.”
4. If I received United States Federal Student Aid (loans or grants), I understand that if
I do not attend classes through the end of the award period and complete at least
one course for which my aid was packaged, that I may owe a balance to Golden

Education that are required to be returned in accordance with the calculation.
5. I understand that by withdrawing from Golden Gate University, I will not be eligible
to enroll in courses again without first applying for admission and being re-admitted

I understand that if I am readmitted to Golden Gate University, that my prior
academic history will continue to appear on my transcript and will be considered in
the readmission decision.
6. I understand that were I to seek readmission to Golden Gate University, and I were
to be readmitted, that I would be required to complete the program requirements
for the catalog year in effect at the time of my readmission.
