BOOTH PACKAGE: e ocial exhibit area decorator, Valley Expo, will facilitate all your space and
booth needs for our 2021 Annual Conference and Trade Show. Each booth is 8’ x 10’ and your exhibit
cost includes side and back drape, an 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs and an identication sign. Upon arrival,
you may request a table and 2 chairs for your apparatus space at no additional charge. Electricity for all
space is an additional fee and must be ordered on the attached form. Valley Expo will be contacting
you directly for additional needs. For information regarding Valley Expo, please visit their website at
www.valleyexpodisplays.com.
Due to space limitations, no booth or apparatus space will be held until payment is received in full.
Upon receipt of payment you will be provided with a link to select your booth space online. Sponsors
receive preferred spacing. All other space is assigned on a rst-come, rst-serve basis. Send your forms in
early – we sold out quickly at our last conference!
COST: Your rst booth/apparatus space is $650. Each additional booth/apparatus space will cost $525.
Associate members receive a $100 per booth/apparatus space discount. Non-Members can nd a
membership application on our Web site, www.wsfca.com. Associate membership in WSFCA is $95 per
year.
SPONSORSHIP: One way for you to receive additional exposure for your products and services and
show additional support for WSFCA is through our conference sponsorship program. Your sponsorship
will be recognized in the program materials and signage at the event. Please review the enclosed form to
see a list of our sponsorship opportunities.
MEALS: Meals are not included in the exhibit fee. Tickets for individual meals can be purchased now, or closer to the event. Please note that
the trade show is open during the lunch hour. Due to space constraints and to best accommodate the maximum number of apparatus and
booths on the trade show oor, lunch will not be held on the trade show oor this year. Lunch is oered from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Friday
and Saturday and tickets are $29.00 each.
ere will be a Welcome Reception on ursday evening and all exhibitors are welcome to attend. Please RSVP on your reservation form for
the Welcome Reception. In addition to the Welcome Reception there will be a reception on the trade show oor Friday evening.
e WSFCA Foundation is hosting a Presidents Dinner the evening of Saturday, June 26. Please RSVP on your reservation form for the
Presidents Dinner. All proceeds from the event benet the WSFCA Foundation.
HOTEL INFORMATION: e headquarters hotel for the 2021 Annual Conference and Trade Show is the Hyatt Regency Green Bay in
the KI Convention Center. Vendors are only allowed two rooms per booth space. We encourage everyone to make his or her reservations for

Annual Golf Outing Sponsorships
Each year WSFCA holds an annual charity golf outing to
bene󳭶t the WSFCA Foundation. The event is held prior to the
WSFCA Annual Conference. Attendance averages 125 golfers
annually. Sponsorship opportunities include:

Gold Sponsorship Package

The gold sponsorship package includes sponsorship at the
1st or 10th tee box (your company name will be displayed on
a sign), green recognition, a tent for product display, and a 4
person golf package. In addition, your company logo will be

The silver sponsorship package includes sponsorship at a par 3
tee box (your company name will be displayed on a sign) and
