If our response indicates that you require planning permission, then you will need to apply for planning permission
before you apply
to Oxfordshire County Council to carry out the proposed works.
This enquiry form relates solely to the formation, laying out and construction of a proposed means of access and the Council will not
assess whether the associated development complies with the requirements of the GPDO. If you require written confirmation that
the associated development complies with the requirements of the GPDO then you are advised to submit an application for a
Lawful Development Certificate
