Board of Zoning Appeals Application
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is responsible for deciding appeals and granting
variances relative to the enforcement of the zoning regulations. The Board consists of
five members appointed by the Mayor of Columbus and the Columbus City Council.
The BZA Application Fee is $200.00. Application, fees and supporting documents are
due by the 10
th
of each month, with the exception of weekends and holidays, to
confirm placement on the following month’s agenda.
All public hearings of the BZA will be held the first Wednesday of each month, unless
otherwise stated, at 2:00 PM in the Conference Room on the 1st floor of the Columbus
Consolidated Government Annex (420 10
th
St).
