registration form missing a signature(s) or otherwise incomplete will not be accepted.

TUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES:
• Park only in designated areas (4
th
double row and back).
• Do not loiter in the parking lot and enter school immediately upon arrival.
• Observe reserved parking for handicapped and visitors as well as designated parking for staff.
• The maximum speed limit on school property is 10 mph.
• Observe traffic flow patterns.
• Drive responsibly on school grounds and in the neighborhood.
• After arriving on campus, students are not to leave for any reason prior to dismissal without
permission.
• Avoid parking in the fire lane at the front of the school.
• Registration tags may be used only on the car(s) listed on this vehicle registration form.
I HAVE READ THE AFOREMENTIONED RULES, AND THE INFORMATION PERTAINING TO PARKING IN THE
STUDENT AND PARENT HANDBOOK. I AGREE TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AS STATED. I ALSO
UNDERSTAND ANY STUDENT WHO VIOLATES THE PARKING RULES AND REGULATION WILL LOSE HIS/HER
PARKING PERMIT, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER
DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
