can be combined in the same envelope with one completed certificate.
• Allow 6-8 weeks from mail-in for processing.
• Receipts showing a purchase over the rebate limit only qualifies for the limit
stated on the rebate receipt and cannot be distributed to other people.
• Price adjustments, exchanges and merchandise returns will void the rebate
on the items adjusted, exchanged and/or returned.
• A copied and/or reprinted receipt will not be accepted.
• The original rebate receipt is printed at the bottom of the original purchase receipt.
