Undertaking of Employer

am the employer of the foreign domestic helper (“the Helper”)

In view of the COVID-19 epidemic situation in Hong Kong, the Government of the Hong Kong
Special Administrative Region (“the Government”) has gazetted the specifications under the
Prevention and Control of Disease (Regulation of Cross-boundary Conveyances and Travellers)
Regulation (Cap. 599H, Laws of Hong Kong) (“the Regulation”) to impose conditions on travellers
(including foreign domestic helpers) arriving from specified places. I therefore undertake to the
Government, as long as the Regulation and specifications are in force, that:
(1) I will arrange the Helper upon each and every arrival in Hong Kong

to provide the documents
required under the Regulation (if the aforementioned Regulation and specifications are still in
force and applicable to the Helper on the date on which the Helper arrives in Hong Kong).
(2) I will comply with any other requirements relating to the Helper imposed by the Government
upon the Helper’s arrival in response to the COVID-19 epidemic situation (if such requirements
are still in force and applicable to the Helper on the date on which the Helper arrives in Hong
Kong); and
(3) For the Helper’s compliance with the above requirements, I will be responsible for the costs
applicable to the Helper, including the cost of the nucleic acid test, accommodation expenses,
and provision of food allowance to the Helper during compulsory quarantine.
# Applicable where a Helper is commencing an employment contract (i.e. the situation under Clause
8 of the Standard Employment Contract) and where a Helper is returning to Hong Kong after
taking a vacation in his/her place of origin (i.e. the situation under Clause 13 of the Standard
Employment Contract).
I understand that if I breach this undertaking, the Helper may be denied entry into Hong Kong, and
my conduct will be taken into account when any future application for employing a domestic helper
from abroad is made and any such application may be refused.

的指明刊憲向曾到訪指明地區的相關到港人士包括外傭)施加條件。因
本人向政府承諾,在有關規例及指明仍然生效期間:
(1) 本人會安排外傭在每次抵港

時提供規例要求的文件(如在外傭抵港當日上
述規例及指明仍然生效並適用於外傭)
(2) 本人會遵守政府因應 2019 冠狀病毒病疫情就外傭抵港而制定的其他措施
(如在外傭抵港當日該等要求仍然生效並適用於外傭); 以及
(3) 就外傭須符合上述要求本人會負責適用於外傭的費包括核酸檢測費
用、外傭在強制檢疫期間的住宿費用及為外傭提供膳食津貼
# 適用於開展僱傭合約的外傭(即「標準僱傭合約」第 8 條的情況),及返回
原居地度假後回港的外傭(即「標準僱傭合約」第 13 條的情況)
本人明白如本人違反上述承諾外傭可能會被拒入境港;本人日後再申請從
外國聘用家庭傭工當局亦會把本人的行為操守列為考慮因素並可能會拒
本人的申請。
