PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE FOR
LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENTS
A pre-application conference shall be held before any application for a large scale development can
be filed. A $200.00 conference fee applies for all proposals, except for a proposed planned subdivision
having five (5) or fewer lots (fee is non-refundable, if conference is not cancelled 24 hours in
advance).

dates that are a minimum of eight (8) working days after the date this application
is received: .
Pre-application conferences will be held in the Utah County Community Development Department office located
in the Historic Courthouse, at 51 S. University Avenue, Provo, Utah 84601, (801) 851-8343. The purpose for
holding the conference will be to aid the developer in the preparation of plans, drawings and documents. In no
way shall the responses from the committee be deemed to substitute for, or relieve the developer of, the
necessity of complying with the provisions of this ordinance. The applicant must bring to the conference all
plans, drawings and documents, as set forth in Section 6-1-E-2-b of the Utah County Land Use Ordinance.
