Tuition and Cost of Living Estimate
Worksheet
Rev. (09-22-2011)
Academic advisors or admission counselors must complete the Tuition and Cost of Living Estimate worksheet. The Centers or Program
Offices may either fax (954-262-3846) or interoffice (mailroom code ISS) the form to the Office of International Students and Scholars.
Before issuing an initial or transfer I-20, the OISS will verify sufficiency of funds by checking the Total I-20 Amount line against the student’s
financial statement or bank letter. (Bank documentation should not be more than three months old from the application date and must be in
U.S. dollars.)
Note: The amounts quoted on this form are subject to change without notice, and may not represent costs and expenses in the future. Nova
Southeastern University requires payment in full at the time of registration. Non-payment of tuition may prevent a student’s ability to register for
classes, and failure to register for classes may result in the loss of the student’s non-immigrant status.
Students may wish to print out a Tuition and Cost of Living Estimate worksheet for their own reference, but the OISS will accept only those
completed forms that are faxed or sent via interoffice mail to the OISS by the program or admission office.
For further information on billing and payment, please visit the Office of the University Bursar at www.nova.edu/bursar.
