Please Note:
• If inactivating an academic program, all concentrations will automatically be inactivated.
• Inactive programs/concentrations will automatically be terminated 3 years from the Effective Date
and removed from the Academic Program Inventory unless THEC receives notification of the intent to
reactive the program prior to three years from the Effective Date.
