personorpropertyofothersbyanypetowned,kept,housed, ormaintainedbythe
Residen
t,his/herguest,orinvitee.
4. EnforcementPolicy
AnyresidentorDepartmentagentobservinganinfractionoftheserulesshalldiscussthe
infractioninaneighborlyfashionwiththepetownerinanefforttosecurevoluntary
compliance.Ifthecomplaintisnotresolved,itmustbeputinwriting,signed,andpresentedto
theDepartment.IftheDepartmentisinagreementwithsuchco
mplaint,thepetownerwill
receivewrittennoticeoftheviolation.
Ifuponthethirdviolationtheproble misstillunresolved,arrangementswillbemadefora
hearing.(AttheDepartment’sdiscretion,immediatearrangementsforahearingmaybemade
ifthenatureofthecomplaintinvolvespersonalinjuryortheimminentthreatthereof).The
Departmentmayrequirethepermanentremovalofanypet,ifsuchpetis determinedbythe
Departmenttobeanuisanceoradange
rtoTheWoodlandscommunityanditsresidents.Ifso
determined,thepetownerwillhave30daystoremovethepetfromthepremises.
5. ServiceAnimals
RegisteredserviceanimalsaresubjecttoallrulesandregulationsoftheWoodlandsPetPolicy.
However,aweightlimitshallnotbeplacedonregisteredserviceanimals.
Iclarifythatmypet(s)hasnohistoryofaggressive,threatening,orviolentbehaviorandIagreetothe
aboveprovisions.
