The Native Village of Eyak Elder Firewood Form
PURPOSE: Provide Elder with firewood to offset the cost of heating fuel and keep Elders
warm
Eligible for Service:
• NVE Elder who meet the Elder eligibility policy or meets the caregiver requirements
of an NVE Elder.
• One person per household will receive the firewood
• Must have a working fireplace in Elders residence to receive firewood
Description of services:
• One cord of cut split and delivered firewood per eligible Elder household.
