In order to be evaluated for Summer 2020 or Term 5 2020 financial aid, you MUST VXEPLW WKH FRPSOHWHGIRUP to the financial
aid office.You must be enrolled to be evaluated for summer aid.
You MUST complete this form if you plan on attending Summer 2020 or Term 5 2020 in order to be evaluated for financial
aid. Beginning Summer/Term 5 2020, Pell Grants are available year round. Satisfactory Academic Progress will be checked at
the time this form is processed.
There is a minimum number of degree required credits to receive Pell Grant for Summer/Term 5:
• If you were enrolled full-time and received the full-time Pell Grant amount for Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 or Terms 1-4, you
must be enrolled at least half-time in degree required courses to be eligible for a Pell Grant.
• If you were enrolled part-time for Fall 2019/Spring 2020 or Terms 1-4, there is no minimum requirement to receive a
Summer/Term 5 Pell Grant (unless required by your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) from your FAFSA). You can use the
remainder of your annual Pell Grant amount.
Your summer Pell Grant amount will depend on the number of credits you are registered in, as well as your Pell Lifetime
Eligibility Units (LEU). Pell Grant is prorated based on your enrollment. To be eligible for the full amount you must be full-time.
Pell Grant eligibility will be evaluated after free drop and add (6/2/20).
