Permit Rules
1. Permit must be displayed in the driver side front window.
2. Failure to display permit will result in a parking citation being issued. The citation will not be void or revoked.
3. The permit can only be used for the vehicle specified on the permit.
4. Permits will be void 30 days from the issued day regardless of posted dates.
5. The permits allow the permit holder to exceed the posted time limits in time zones posted as 2 hours or more.
6. This permit is not valid on Main St. unless otherwise noted.
7. Parking in Loading Zones, Handicapped Spaces, Bus Trolley Stops, Metered Spaces, No Parking Zones, Unmarked
Zones, Sidewalks etc., is prohibited.
8. Temporary posted changes to a time zone are to be followed.
9. The permit is valid only during regular business hours which are defined as Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 6:00pm.
10. The City of Greenville Parking Services Division may revoke this permit without causing pending a written notice.
11. This permit does not guarantee a parking space.
12. The City of Greenville assumes no responsibility for loss through fire, theft, collision or otherwise to the car or
contents.
13. This permit does not allow or authorize parking in any off-street parking facility public or private.
14. The permit is nontransferable.
15. Alterations or duplications of this permit will result in the immediate termination of this permit. It may also result
in the inability to receive temporary permits in the future.
16. Failure to follow all the rules of the Temporary On-Street Parking Permit will result in immediate termination of the
permit
I have read and understand the permit rules listed above and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations. The
undersigned hereby releases the City of Greenville from any and all liability regarding the use of any Parking
Permit issued hereunder.
