• Must be a Transferring student from Oxnard College to a 4-year university
• Earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Leadership, community, and extracurricular activities a plus
• Must have completed or currently be enrolled in a Political Science, History, or Government course

Anima Mukherji Memorial Scholarship in Economics - $500
• Must be Transferring Student
• Must have completed one or more semesters of Economics at Oxnard College having earned a minimum of 3.0 in
Economics (attach proof with unofficial transcript)

• Must have demonstrated interest and aptitude in the learning of Economics and a commitment to the pursuit of

• Must have completed PSY R112 Parent/Child Interaction with a minimum of 3.0 (Proof Required)
• Must be a Ventura County resident
• John P. and Lillian M. Sedlak Committee selects recipient
Sigma Kappa Delta Honor Society “Outstanding SKD Honor Student of the Year” Scholarship - $2,000
• Must be a Transferring student from Oxnard College to a 4-year university (Please attach list of universities of

VII. ADDITIONAL ESSAY REQUIREMENTS
Please note that additional essays and/or other documentation are required for many of the
scholarships offered. Please provide all the required documentation, otherwise, your scholarship
application will be considered incomplete and ineligible.

wishing to consider me as a scholarship recipient.

right to use my name and photograph for all publications, reports, and press releases.
I understand the Oxnard College Foundation scholarship will reimburse one computer per student, not to exceed
the amount of the original scholarship award amount, no replacements, and no exceptions.

VIII. APPLICATION CERTIFICATION
Please save and print the Original Application at this point, packet must be signed and dated. Use the Original
Application to make (1) complete set for Section A and (1) complete set for EACH scholarship that you’re applying
for in Section B. Each copy will be distributed to donors for the selection process.
OXNARD COLLEGE FOUNDATION’S SCHOLARSHIP REIMBURSEMENT FUNDING POLICY
If you are awarded scholarship funding, you will be notified and invited to the Scholarship Awards Ceremony. To claim OCF
Scholarship Reimbursement Funds, you MUST submit your out-of-pocket receipts which cover tuition, fees, books, and/or
educational supplies, which are IRS Tax-exempt funds. Proof of enrolment is required and in some cases, unofficial transcripts
and class syllabus. All unclaimed funds revert back to the OCF Scholarship Fund after two (2) years. If you have any further
