1. In your organization, how much time is allocated to future thinking?
(Consider researching, brainstorming, dreaming, and planning for the
future instead of analyzing past successes and failures.) Is it enough? Why
or why not?
2. What are some reasons so many leaders and teams spend so much time
analyzing the past instead of pursuing the future? How does this myopia
affect the leader, the team, and the results?
