IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PARKING is not permitted on yards or lawns, excluding driveways, paved parking areas, or areas
screened from public view by fencing. Failure to comply with parking restrictions may result in a citation.
EXCESSIVE NOISE or other disturbances are prohibited. Daytime noise (7 a.m.-10 p.m.) is limited to
63 decibels for a residence on residential-zoned property or 55 decibels for a multi-unit residence
on residential-zoned property. Nighttime noise (10:01 p.m.-6:59 a.m.) is limited to 56 decibels for a
residence on residential-zoned property or 50 decibels for a multi-unit residence on residential-zoned
property. An offense is committed if a person allows or maintains an unreasonable noise. A violation is
declared to be a nuisance and may be subject to a ne. (Sec. 26-8 Noise of the City of College Station
Code of Ordinances.) As a general rule, if you can hear the noise at the end of your property line,
including barking dogs, it’s too loud.
TRASH. The residence and property are expected to be free of litter and debris. The trash pickup day
is of each week. Recycling will be picked up on every
other week. Garbage should be bagged, tied, and securely stored in the assigned container. Do not
pile bags or trash around your container. Containers will be removed from the designated pickup
point and placed adjacent to their dwelling or at a city-designated location within 12 hours of the
scheduled pickup day. Do not place containers on the sidewalk.
Guests must comply with water conservation and burn ban regulations in effect during your stay.
