Due to your affiliation as a CSTEP, EOP, HEOP, LSAMP Program, Project 1000, SEEK Program or TRIO Program (McNair
Scholars Program, Student Support Services, Upward Bound, etc.) student and/or as a GEM Fellowship applicant, you are
eligible for one application fee waiver per semester. If you are applying to an approved dual-degree program, you are eligible to
have both application fees waived.
If you are a CSTEP, EOP, HEOP, LSAMP Program, Project 1000, SEEK Program or TRIO Program student, please submit
this form and a certified letter from your program official attesting to your participation. If you are a GEM Fellowship applicant,
please submit this form and a copy of your GEM interface homepage, indicating that your overall application status is complete.
Submit the appropriate documents to gradadmission@binghamton.edu. If you are applying to an approved dual-degree program,
please note this in your e-mail. The request takes 2 to 3 business days to process. Please wait for an e-mail stating that your
request has been approved before submitting your application.
While your proof of participation may be provided after this form has been submitted, please note that your application fee waiver
will not be granted until both this form and your proof of participation have been received. Once an application fee has been paid,
it may not be refunded.
